WHAT IS CONNECT 2 CAREERS (C2C)
C2C is a program of Children & Families of Iowa (CFI) that provides youth and young adults ages 14-24 with support and the skills needed for success in school and work. The program matches participants with a career planner who work to create a customized plan for a successful future.
