Lodging

Earlier this spring, our Board of Directors and staff made the decision to cancel our Nationals Housing Program for 2020. This was not an easy decision, as we know how popular it is among race fans and Knoxville residents. However, after several discussions, we decided it was best to cancel the program in an effort to protect the health of residents and race fans alike.
Although we aren’t facilitating the housing program this year, it is not permanently discontinued. The program will return again in 2021, when we hope this global pandemic will be past us.
For those race fans who are still planning on attending one of the races at Knoxville Raceway from August 13-15, we are happy to offer some recommendations for housing, hotels, and camping accommodations in Knoxville and the surrounding communities.
Knoxville residents who are interested in renting out their homes or yards for camping are still able to do so. While the Chamber is not facilitating a housing program, residents may work individually to find race fans looking for housing accommodations.
We are eagerly looking forward to the future, when we can welcome thousands of race fans back into our community for the 60th Annual NOS Energy Drink Knoxville Nationals Present by Casey’s. Until then, we hope you and your families stay safe and healthy. #IChooseKnoxville
